Moving on

Grab a box and sit down with us for a moment.

It’s been a year. A whole year.

In the past 365 days, we started and operated this tiny studio with just the two of us. We started with conventions to celebrate fandom with fan art, then we exhibited at libraries, art galleries, and even a museum.

That’s wild. We did not expect or imagine that we’d be here with all these milestones. But we are, and it’s thanks to the support of this community. So thank you. Truly.

But, as in all good things, it comes to an end. For the business, anyway.

We’re no longer a business—just two hobbyists.

What does this mean? We still hold the entity, Art by Courage. We will continue to create art.

In terms of tangible changes, we will not be selling our art at events or in our shop. We won’t be taking commissions. Our presence in the US will end.

Once we’re settled in our new location, we will look into restarting the studio.
