Fall is in full swing! We’re excited to share a preview of what our studio is working on next. This season, we have three events. Let’s dive in!
The Immigrant Experience
ART by COURAGE is proud to announce Regina Chua’s first solo gallery exhibit, “The Immigrant Experience.”
Through the Art at the Library program, this exhibit will be held at the Columbia Pike Library in Arlington, VA from September 3 through December 16, 2024. The humble collection is a heartfelt exploration of the immigrant experience through portraits that capture the complex feelings around identity and belonging.
All pieces will be available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Friends of the Library. Columbia Pike Library will be hosting an artist reception on October 29, Tuesday from 6-7 PM where Regina will share her inspiration and art process.
The Debut of BLACK BOX
ART by COURAGE is thrilled to announce Carlos Chua’s graphic novel debut of “BLACK BOX” at Small Press Expo.
Small Press Expo is the premier event for indie graphic novels. The event will be held from September 14-15, 2024 at the Bethesda North Marriott in Rockville, MD.
Carlos will be at Table W15A. Come grab your copy of BLACK BOX!
Last show of the year
To close out the year, we will be at Anime USA this October 11-13, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency in Arlington, VA.
